ACTS OF COMPASSION HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE LIVES OF FAMILIES

Discover the wide range of volunteer opportunities at Family Promise of Greater Concord – from serving meals, to providing financial literacy training, to assisting with fundraising events. There is something for everyone!

  • Volunteers play an essential role in helping families experiencing homelessness attain sustainable independence.

Everyday Family Promise connects individuals who would like to make a difference with opportunities to do so. Our donors and volunteers offer support and give of their time and talent in so many ways to help homeless and low-income families regain the dignity and independence they deserve.

Volunteers

Volunteers are the foundation of Family Promise and we would not be able to succeed without their help.   When you choose to volunteer with Family Promise, you have the ability to help families at many unique levels.  Whether you decide to provide a hot meal, be a chaperone overnight at a host site, volunteer a few weekend hours at the Day Center or donate your energy with other operational activities, you can partner with us to make homelessness a thing of the past.

We are constantly recruiting new volunteers to help Family Promise achieve its mission.  If you are interested in exploring a volunteer opportunity, Stephen Croke, our Executive Director would welcome the opportunity to speak with you. Stephen can be reached at (603) 856-8490.

“Each time we make room for strangers, we chip away at the fear and isolation and heartbreak in our world. We also get to participate in something that is life giving, both to us and the people we welcome.”
