Andrea is our full-time Shelter Case Manager. Her self-motivation, organizational skills, and dependability help our families through the “Pathway Towards Independence” Shelter program where she works to find them adequate housing. She also provides individual guidance through the “Us and You Follow Through” Graduate Program by tracking graduates by helping them navigate obstacles that may set them off track. Andrea works with families, one-on-one, to organize their time wisely, budget finances, set goals, and connect them to available resources while continuously providing feedback and tracking progress. Andrea is a valued team member with a firm but empathetic approach for compassionately guiding each family that comes through our doors.
