Julia has always had a passion for communications and for the last 3 years has been working in the communications field after graduating college. As a Communications Specialist with Family Promise, Julia is responsible for developing effective communication and marketing strategies; managing internal communication updates through social media channels and newsletters; facilitating occasional training for Family Promise host sites and providing input to the Development Committee on select fund raising initiatives and events. Julia looks forward to using her background and knowledge in leading communications within our organization, raising awareness about families experiencing homelessness, and growing different areas of our media reach while using creativity to design and implement new ideas.

As a Diversion Case Manager, Tammy provides intake, assessment, and ongoing comprehensive case management services for our Partners in Progress Diversion Program. She participates in the development and implementation of the Comprehensive Service Plan jointly with clients to establish measurable goals and objectives. Tammy also leads regular meetings with Diversion clients to assess ongoing needs, and monitors goal progress, another important aspect of our Diversion Program.

With over 30 years in Human Services, Alison brings a wealth of experience, having worked in diverse roles within the public school system, with individuals facing disabilities, as a counselor at a Methadone Clinic, and assisting families in the DCYF reunification process. As the Case Manager for Family Promise's Shelter program, Alison oversees all aspects of helping families achieve self-sufficiency. She serves as the primary liaison for host-congregation volunteers, ensuring families' needs are met, fostering relationships with partner organizations, and providing crucial crisis support.

Steve has been working in the family homelessness field since 2011. He uses his experience to manage both the daily operations and the long-term programming direction of Family Promise of Greater Concord.
