#3Mgives – Family Promise of Concord NH nominated for a 3M Hometown Needs grant


Concord, NH July 13, 2023 – Family Promise has received a timely boost from 3M, our newest civic partner, whose commitment to advancing equity came to us in the form of a Hometown Needs grant supporting our vital programs of emergency shelter and homelessness prevention.
